1 1/2 lbs. Brussels Sprouts
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sea salt
3-4 cloves garlic, minced (or1 tsp. garlic salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts. Cut them in half and dry off any excess water. Toss with olive oil, garlic and salt. Place on a baking sheet and ensure the Brussels Sprouts aren't touching.
Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes. Watch closely as not to burn. The Brussels Sprouts should be chared on the out side and edges. Brussels Sprouts can be roasted or grilled.
