1st Layer
1 Cup Flour
1 stick Butter
1/2 cup Pecan pieces

2nd Layer
1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Cups Cool Whip

3rd Layer
2 pkgs instant lemon pudding mix
3 Cups Milk

4th Layer
2 Cups Cool Whip
1/2 cup Pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st layer ingredients together and spread in 9 x 13 cake pan, bake 15 minutes at 350º and then let cool.
Beat together 2nd layer ingredients and spread over cooled 1st layer.
Mix together 3rd layer ingredients and spread over 2nd layer.
Spread cool whip on top of 3rd layer then sprinkle pecan pieces on top.
Chill or freeze.

It is great served frozen, especially on a hot day.
