3 c sour cream

1 (4 oz) can green chilis, chopped with no seeds

4 c (packed) cooked rice

lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and chilis . Season rice with salt and pepper. Put a layer of rice in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish.

Layer sour cream mixture and a layer of cheese on top of rice. Repeat, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 until bubbly.

Can make ahead of time, refrigerate and bake when ready to serve. May be made into individual cups.
