2 (3 oz) packages cook and serve coconut cream pudding
3 cups milk
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tub cool whip
toasted coconut
chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding mix and milk and cook until thickened. Set aside to cool. Mix the flour, sugar, margarine and pecans and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 1 cup cool whip. Spread mix over cooled crust. Spread pudding on top and cover with the rest of the cool whip. Sprinkle with coconut and chopped pecans.
