Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. peanuts
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In microwave safe bowl, combine sugar, peanuts and corn syrup and cook on high in microwave for 4 minutes. Stir well. Cook additional 3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir well. Cook for 2 more minutes. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda and stir fast and pour out on buttered aluminum foil into patties....or pour into buttered aluminum pie plates.
