1 box white cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. coconut
1/3 c. oil

1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 can cream of coconut
1 c. coconut
2 (8 oz. each) Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, water, 1/2 cup coconut and oil. Bake according to directions on box. While the cake is baking, mix Eagle Brand Milk and cream of coconut together. When cake is done remove from oven and while cake is still hot, poke holes in cake with the handle of a wooden spoon and pour Eagle Brand/coconut cream mixture over hot cake. Cool cake completely. Spread Cool Whip over the top of cake and sprinkle with coconut. Keep refrigerated.
