2 Tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. non-fat dry powder milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Splenda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornstarch and 2 Tablespoons water in a small bowl to make a slurry; set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, stir together dry powdered milk, 1/2 cup water and splenda. Whisk well. Microwave 45 seconds. Whisk well. Stir in cornstarch slurry that you've already mixed together and microwave 20 seconds longer. Whisk well. Stir and whisk in vanilla thoroughly. Continue to whisk until smooth. Refrigrate for a inimum of 2 hours before using. Makes about 12 to 14 oz.
