1 1/2 c. light Italian salad dressing
3/4 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 pork loin (3 pound)
2 tsp. steak seasoning
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine salad dressing and soy sauce; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Overnight is better. Drain and discard marinade. Rub pork with steak seasoning. Spray cooking spray lightly on the grill rack. Grill pork, covered, over indirect medium-hot heat for 55-60 minutes. Check for doneness. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
