1/2 cup of your favorite jarred or homemade spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400*.
2. Mix all the meatball ingredients and shape into 1 1/2-2 inch balls. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done. Reduce oven temp to 350*.

If you do not need all the meatballs, they freeze well after they have cooled. I count 4-5 per person as a serving.

3. Transfer the meatballs to a cast iron skillet and top with spaghetti sauce, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and parsley.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
