16-oz frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup (4-oz shredded Swiss cheese)
1/3 cup sour cream
4 oz pimento chopped (optional)
1 can French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can fried onion rings. Bake 350 for 30 minutes, covered.

Top with remainder of cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
