6 slices bacon
4 cups fresh corn cut from cobs (8 ears)
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 medium tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 tsp salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Add corn, peppers and onion. Cook on high for 5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in bacon, tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Bake in 2-quart size greased casserole 350 for 15 minutes.
