Taco Pie Recipe

1lb. ground chuck
1T. minced onion
1/4c. green pepper
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 6oz. can tomato paste
1c. water
6oz. shredded jack cheese
1/3c. grated parmesan cheese

1 can cresent rolls pressed into 10' pie pan.

Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Brown 1lb. ground chuck. Drain.
Add minced onion, green pepper, taco seasoning, tomato paste and water.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Put in crust.
Add 6oz. shredded jack cheese and parmesan cheese.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until crust is brown.
