2lbs (1 kg) ground beef
1 large onion
1 can tomato soup (I prefer Campbell's)
frozen veggies, canned niblets, or left over veggies
8-10 Potatoes
(Optional) 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground beef and onion (drain grease if there is any)
Stir in tomato soup, and veggies
Put in 9x13 Pan
Boil and mash potatoes any way you like (butter, milk salt and pepper)
Spread mashed potatoes on top of beef mixture like icing a cake
(Optional) sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese along the top
Cover with foil
Bake 350 for an hour
