2/3 cup sugar
2 Tbs. Cornstarch
1 Tbs. flour
tsp. salt
6 Tbs. cocoa powder
2 cups milk
3-4 egg yolks*
2 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 qt microwave mixing bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, cocoa and salt. Stir in milk. Microwave at high 7-10 minutes, or until thickened, stirring every 3 minutes.
In a small bowl beat egg yolks, stir in cup of mixture into yolks. Pour yolk mixture back into pudding mixture. Microwave mixture an additional 1-2 minutes or until thick.
Stir in butter. Cool slightly and stir in vanilla.
*2 whole eggs may be used, but increase flour to 2 tablespoons. For a pie filling use egg yolks, the filling makes a firm cut with soft sides. If a stiffer filling is desired, increase flour to 2 tablespoons. Use egg whites to make a meringue top.
