cup sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 cup evaporated milk
Baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and Jell-O in a small pot. Heat, stirring until dissolved. Chill until syrupy. Chill evaporated milk in ice tray until crystals form at the edges. Whip until stiff. Fold until stiff. Fold into syrupy mixture. Pour into pie shell. Chill until set.
