Prune Bread Recipe

2 c. flour
tbsp. baking soda
tsp. nutmeg
1 c. prunes (cooked)
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
c. prune juice & milk
tbsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
tbsp. cinnamon
c. shortening

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, beat well.
Add prunes, then juice and milk alternately with dry ingredients.
Pour into greased muffin or bread pans.
Bake at 350 until done.
