3 cans Navy Beans
1/2 chopped sweet onion
2 stalks chopped celery
3 sliced carrots
2 cups water
3 cups chicken broth
2 boullion cubes
spices - tarragon, basil, parsley, salt and pepper
ham - cut into chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil in large soup pan.
Fry onions and celery. Add carrots.
When onions and celery start to cook push to side of pan.
Add 1 can of drained beans and Mash with potato masher.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
