Directions:
Cut steak into serving pieces.
Salt and flour both sides of steak well.
Fry in hot grease until well browned on both sides.
Remove to baking dish.
Make a gravy in the skillet you fry the steaks by adding flour to the drippings stir so flour absorbs the drippings. Add hot water (add some kitchen Bouquet© to brown nicely), and 1 - 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup; according to the amount to steak you are cooking.
Pour gravy over steak and bake in 350º for 1½ to 2 hours.

Personal Notes:
Again, I like to use drippings for frying flavor! Delicious.
You can peel potatoes and cook them in the steak and gravy, or serve with mashed potatoes.
