8 c. Rice Chex© cereal or Crispix© cereal
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter or oleo
1 c. chocolate chips
½ c. peanut butter
1 c. confectioner sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Place cereal in a large pan.
Melt butter or oleo, chocolate chips and peanut butter for two minutes in microwave oven - or on stove.
Stir until well blended.
Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and mix until cereal is well coated.

Place confectioners sugar into a paper grocery bag.
Add cereal to bag. Fold the top of the bag over several times so sugar won't spill out and shake the bag to coat the cereal.
Cool completely.
