Egg beaters to equal 4 eggs
2 C Sugar
2 T Vanilla
2 Cans Milnot
Whole Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together except for the milk. Add to ice cream maker. Using Whole milk fill can to the 1 gallon mark on the freezer. Attach top to the freezer and place into the bucket. Alternately fill freezer tub with ice and ice-cream salt. Freezing takes about 20 minutes or when motor strains. Remove the ice from around the lid, remove the lid and pull the paddle. Cover top with foil and replace the lid.
Pour off excess water through the hole in the tub. Add more ice and salt. Cover the top of the freezer with a rug or old quilt. Let set about 2 hours to ripen.
