1/2 cup white rum
1 fresh lime
1/4 cup simple syrup
15 - 20 mint leaves
crushed ice
club soda, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Muddle syrup, mint and lime, add white rum. Fill with crushed ice and stir until outside of pitcher is frosted. Add club soda to taste.

For a pomegramate version, use 1/4 cup white rum and 1/4 cup PAMA juice.
