2 tablespoons flour
1/4 C roasted salted pistachios, chopped
1 TB minced green onion or chives
2 center-cut chops 8-10 oz ea
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, pistachios & green onion. Coat chops w/mixture, reserving extra coating.

Heat oil in heavy-bottomed skillet. Add pork & cook over medium-high heat for about 7 minutes a side. Transfer to plate.

Sprinkle 2 teaspoons coating mixture into skillet & stir to form a paste. Pour in chicken broth & scrape up any browned bits. Stir in cream & pepper. Simmer, stirring constantly; don't boil. Return pork to skillet, baste w/sauce & serve.

Pre-heat oven to 350. Roast nuts on cookie sheet for five minutes.
