⅓ c. butter
c. sugar
3 lb. granny Smith Apples
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and slice apples. Melt butter over medium heat. Add apples and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cook, stirring gently from time to time, until apples are softened and begin to change color. Can used warm in crepes or cooled and used in the fruit pie recipe.
