1 ⅓ c. sugar
10oz. softened butter
3 large eggs
5 ⅓ c. flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time and continue to cream. When eggs are incorporated add salt and vanilla. Add flour all at once and blend just until flour has become incorporated. Place ball of dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. This dough must be well chilled before use.
This dough can be used in tartelettes or as a pie . Roll to at least 1/4" to insure even baking Prick bottom with fork. Bake at 350ºF until crust is golden brown. Cool at room temperature.
