Starter

3/4c. sugar
3T. potato flakes
1c. water

Bread
1c. starter
2T. sugar
1tsp. salt
1/2c. oil
1 1/2c. warm water
6c. bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
Starter
Measure 3/4c. sugar into a 2c. container.
Add 3T. potato flakes and 1c. warm water.
Feed starter with this every 3-5 days.
Leave out for 8hrs. at room temperature with a closed lid.
Ensure lid is tight and place in refrigerator.

Bread
Combine all ingredients and mix.
Turn into a well oiled bowl.
Cover and let rise overnight.
Pinch down and divide into 4 potions.
Knead each for 2-3 minutes.
Make into loaves.
Brush the top with oil.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Let stand for 3-5hrs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
