1 whole Spaghetti Squash
1 pound Ground Beef
2 Green Bell Pepper
4 oz Butter
8 oz Cream Cheese
4 cup Water
1 cup diced Yellow Onion
16 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Cheese - Parmesan, shredded
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper - Ground

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare your spaghetti squash - 450 for 1 hour

Before the squash is done......
Brown ground beef with onions, peppers, and butter. Add seasonings. Let simmer for about 5 minutes then add cream cheese and parmesan cheese to melt. Add heavy cream and water. Let simmer in pot while you are waiting on squash.

Once squash is done then add it to the soup. Let simmer another 20 minutes.

Enjoy.
