2 c. warm water
1 T. honey
1 T. yeast
2 T. wheat germ
1 T. salt
2 c. whole wheat flour
White flour for remaining flour

Directions:
Directions:
Let water, honey and yeast bubble for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and knead until smooth and shiney. Let rise until doubled. Punch down and form into 2 long loaves. Put them on a cookie sheet covered with corn meal. Slash the top of each loaf 3 times. Apply an egg wash (egg and water) and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let rise 10-15 minutes. Place in a cold oven and then turn it on to 400 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes.
