1c (10oz pkg) frozen strawberries partially thawed
1/2c sugar
1 unbeaten egg white and
2t lemon juice, if desired.
1/2c whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in large mixing bowl frozen strawberries, sugar, unbeaten egg white, and lemon juice. Beat with electric mixer at highest speed until soft mounds form when beaters are raised. 5 to 8 minutes. Beat whipping cream until thick. Fold into strawberry mixture by hand or with mixer at lowest speed. Spoon into baked shell. Sprinkle with crumbs. Freeze until firm, 4 to 6 hours; covered
