1 c. light cream cheese
c. flour
c. Amaretto
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
tsp. salt
c + 2 Tbs. Cocoa
1-cup low fat cottage cheese
1 egg
2 T. Semisweet mini chocolate chips
1 cookie pie crust recipe in cookbook*
Hershey Chocolate Bar

Make unbaked cookie crust using chocolate cookies in a spring-form pan. Preheat oven to 300F
In food processor with blades add cream cheese and add next 7 ingredients, processing until smooth. Add egg and process just until blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Slowly pour mixture into piecrust. Bake for 65-70 minutes or until set. Let cool in pan on wire rack. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Remove sides of pan, and transfer cake to a serving platter. Garnish with chocolate curls made with a vegetable peeler.
