1 stick butter
1 can corn, drained
1 can cream corn
2 eggs
1 box corn muffin mix
16 oz. sour cream
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix in ingredients one at a time.
Pour into a greased 9X13 glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with more shredded cheese.
Bake for 1 hour at 350º
