1 9" unbaked pie shell
2 cups cooked pumpkin
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
- tsp. ginger
- tsp. nutmeg
tsp. salt
Cool whip
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pie shell; mix well. Pour in pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and bake for 35-40 minutes longer or until a knife inserted 1" from edge comes out clean. Cool and garnish with cool whip.
