1 1/4c. grahm cracker crumbs
1/4c. sugar
1/3c. margarine melted
2 8oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 14oz. sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/4c. lemon juice from concentrate
1 8oz. sour cream at room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.
Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter.
Firmly press to bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.
Beat cheese until fluffy.
Beat in milk until smooth, add eggs and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Pour into a pan.
Bake 50 minutes or until center is set.
Top with sour cream.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
Cool.
Chill.
Top.
