1c. water
1 stick margaine
1c. oil
4T. cocoa
2c. sugar
2c. plain flour
1/2c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1t. baking soda
1/8t. salt

Icing
4T. milk
4T. cocoa
1 stick margaine
1 box powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, margarine, oil and coca in pot.
Bring to a boil for 1 minute - stirring constantly.
Add sugar, flour, buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and salt.
Pour in 13x9 pan,
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Frost cake while hot.

Icing
Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
Add 1t. vanilla.
Pour mixture over a box of powdered sugar.
Mix with mixer.
Pour over cake.
