1/3c. cocoa
1c. sugar
1/2c. butter
1/4c. milk
3c. milk
2 packages instant vanilla pudding
graham crackers
8oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cocoa, sugar, butter and 1/4c. milk 1 minute.
Set aside.
Mix 2 pk vanilla pudding (instant) with 3c. milk.
Fold in 8oz. cool whip.
Layer graham crackers in pan.
Pour 1/2 pudding mixture on top and repeat.
Pour chocolate mixture on top and chill overnight.
