2 boxes strawberry jello
Large can crushed pineapple with juice
Water
24 large marshmallows
1 package 8oz cream cheese
1c. cottage cheese
1/3c. shredded american cheese
3T. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine pineapple juice from large can of crushed pineapple and enough water to make 2 cups of liquid.
Add strawberry jello.
Bring to a boil.
Add the marshmallows and cream cheese.
Let ingredients melt.
Place in refrigerator to cool.
Once cooled remove from the refrigerator and add the large can of pineapple, cottage cheese, shredded cheese and sugar.
Mix well with mixer.
Pour in oblong pan or dish and let set.
