1 taza harina presto
4 claras de huevo
½ azúcar
4 yemas huevo
½ azúcar
3 cucharaditas mantequilla derretida
1 ½ cucharadita baking powder
1 cucharada agua
Un poco de sal

Directions:
PROCEDIMIENTO

Echa las claras y azúcar, pones a batir cuando este a merengue le echas las yemas y azúcar, luego le hechas la mantequilla y agua.
Luego hechas la harina, sal y baking powder.
Engrasas el molde con bastante mantequilla, luego viertes la masa.
Horneas a 350° aproximadamente 15 minutos.
Saca y rápido desprendes el papel celofán, pones el relleno y cuando este tibio enrollas.
Espolvorea frío azúcar domino
