Ingredients:  
C butter
1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
6 T strong liquid coffee
C cocoa
1 C sugar
1 tsp rum extract or 1 T (or more) rum
3 C quick Quaker oats

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for oats. Once mixed, add oats and mix to blend.

Chill.

Roll into 1 inch balls, then into granulated or confectioners sugar.
