Roll Cookies Recipe

2 C sited flour
1 C conectioners sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 C butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cream of tartar
tsp salt

Cream butter. Add sugar and cream again.

Add egg and vanilla and mix.

Add dry ingredients and blend. Knead, adding more confectioners sugar as needed.

Roll out flat for cookie cutters.

Cut, place pieces onto greased cookie sheet.

(we use sweetened condensed milk with food color added to "paint" cookies. Use sprinkles as wanted.

Bake at 400 for 6-10 Minutes.

Remove cookies and cool on wire rack
