Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cups milk
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 cup half and half
1 cup crab meat
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter. Stir in flour and add milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 45 minutes.
