3 1/4 cups sugar- divided
3 tsp cinnamon- divided
3/4 cup butter
3 eggs
6 very ripe bananas, mashed
16 oz container sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking soda
4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease four loaf pans. In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.Dust pans with mixture.

In a large bowl, cream butter and 3 cups sugar. Mix in eggs, bananas, sour cream, vanilla and 2 tsp cinnamon. Mix in baking soda and flour. Stir in nuts. Divide into pans.

Bake 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
