1 cup flour
1 egg
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Put the flour in a bowl and make a well. Add the egg and half the milk. Whisk into a thick, smooth batter. Then whisk the rest of the milk along with the butter. (or mix everything in the blender)

Heat a small nonstick pan (about 8 in) over medium heat. Grease the pan with oil. Pour in 3 T batter. Tilt the pan so the batter covers the base. Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until golden brown underneath. Flip the crepe with a spatula and cook another minute.

Fill with just about anything and roll up.
