½ lb. package Spaghetti, uncooked
1 tbls. Vegetable oil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup (8 oz.) ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
½ lb. ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green peppers
1 ¾ cup (14 ½ oz. can) stewed tomatoes, drained and cup up
2/3 cup (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Prepare Spaghetti according to package directions; drain. In large bowl, toss spaghetti noodles with oil; reserve 1 cup spaghetti noodles for filling. Toss remaining noodles with Parmesan Cheese and eggs. Turn into 10 inch pie plate. Press noodle mixture into bottom and sides of pie plate to form a crust.

Evenly spread ricotta cheese over bottom of noodle crust. Set aside.

In medium skillet, sauté ground beef, onion, and green peppers until meat is brown and crumbly. Drain excess fat.

Stir in tomatoes, paste, oregano, garlic powder, pepper and salt with the reserved noodles. Heat thoroughly; Spoon meat mixture over ricotta cheese.

Cover loosely with greased foil. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and continue baking for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Refrigerate leftovers.
