1 pound bacon, browned and drained
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup sliced carrots
3-4 cups diced potatoes
2 small cans creamed corn
salt & pepper to taste
2 cups whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes & carrots with just enough water to cover, about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside. Saute onion in a little bacon grease. Add cooked potatoes, crumbled bacon and remaining ingredients. Cook until heated through.
