1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sour cream
6 tablespoons butter
2 cups shredded zucchini
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all except 1/2 cup stuffing mix. Spoon into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with 1/2 cup stuffing. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
