1 cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
2 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar

ICING
2 cups powdered sugar
2 T butter, softened
1 egg white
pinch of salt
1 tsp almond extract
food coloring and sprinkles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all cookie ingredients. Mix well. Chill dough for 2 hours. Roll to desired thickness (I think inch works good) and use desired cookie cutters. Bake in 350F oven 7-10 minutes, using parchment paper if desired. Cool.

Combine all icing ingredients. Frost cookies and decorate as desired.
