Chocolate Pie Crust:
1 1/2 c crushed chocolate shortbread cookies
2 T melted butter

Pie filling:
24 oz. cream cheese
14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 eggs
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crushed cookies and butter. Press mixture on bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Melt chips in a double boiler or in microwave for 1 minutes until melted, then cool.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour into piecrust. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish as desired.
