1- Smoked ham Shank
1- Onion
3 T dry chicken broth stock
1 Pkg Great Northern Small Navy beans

Directions:
Directions:
Fill stew pot with 3/4 water and chop up the onion and add to it , then put in the shank, salt and pepper . RINSE AND SORT the beans to make sure there are no rocks in them. Add rest of the ingredients and simmer till done. Even better if you save it for day two!
