1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. seeded raisins, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
14 tsp. cloves
Pinch of nutmeg
1 c. sugar
Yolks of 3 eggs
White of 1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, raisins, spices, egg yolks and 1 egg white. Bake like lemon custard, using the whites of 2 eggs for meringue on top. Bake in an unbaked shell in a slow oven until the custard is set, then beat the whites of two eggs with 2 T. sugar until stiff. Spread on top after pie is baked. Place back in oven to brown the meringue.
