8 potatoes, cooked with jackets; cool and grated like shoe strings
1/4 Cup butter
10 oz can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup grated onion
corn flakes
garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully mix potatoes, chicken soup, 1/4 cup melted butter, sour cream and onion. Melt 2 tablespoons and mix with corn flakes; sprinkle on top of mixture. Add garlic salt. Bake 45 minutes at 300
