Easy Hambuger Stroganoff Recipe

1 lb. Ground Beef

1˝ cups Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1-8oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1 cup Milk

2-10.75oz. cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1-8oz. tub Sour Cream
1-25g. pkg. Brown Gravy Mix

1-16oz.pkg. Egg Noodles

In a skillet over med. heat, brown the ground beef until no pink is showing, about 5-7 minutes. Drain.
Add the mushrooms, cream cheese and the milk to the beef, continue cooking until the cheese has melted.
Add the soup and the sour cream and mix in, then add the gravy mix and blend together. Continue to slowly simmer for 10-15 minutes.
While stroganoff is simmering bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add the egg noodle and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until noodles are aldenté. Drain and return top pot.
Blend the hamburger mixture into the noodles and serve.
